Lateness

Please be on time. There is a 15-minute grace period, then the appointment is cancelled.

If you wish to bring a guest, you must let me know at least 24 hours prior.

I only do refills on my own work.

I cannot guarantee the quality of another technician’s work. If you have nails from another salon, please book a soak-off as well.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

If you fail to do so, you will need to send a $50 deposit towards your next set to book again.

All bookings require a non-refundable $15 security deposit. Please e-transfer to:
